We at Absolute believe our Support Staff is as important as our Sales Staff. Our processors are friendly and experienced with a wide knowledge of loan programs. The Finance of America Mortgage (FAM) team has production centers across America and provides
exceptional support from document drawing to funding. Some Absolute branches have FAM Loan Underwriters right on site.

From our Loan Processors, to our Underwriters to our Administrative Staff and Marketing Team, our Support Staff is the backbone of our company and critical to our continued success.

I've been very impressed with top management's commitment and personal involvement in operations. They are hands on from processing all the way to underwriting and funding. They actively anticipate volumes and staff up to meet demand. During busy times files are prioritized based on close date, lock, etc and minimum standards have been put in place so slacker loan officers don't clog the pipeline for everyone. Unreasonable underwriters don't have tenure here!
